| Credit Card Copy along with the credit card statement of the passenger with the credit limit mention in it or Original Forex Receipt of 60 Euros per day as per the travel plan. |

| To submit passports issued outside the Mumbai Jurisdiction,4 stay proof are required as below: |

| 2)Original Letter from company with the applicants designation & full address on the company’s letter . |
| 3)house retal aggrement or allotment letter fo the house. |
| 4) Gas,Phone, & Electirc Bill. |
